They were supposed to be balls but the mix was too sticky and runny so I just blobbed them on a cookie sheet and froze them. Man they were super tasty! It’s a remake of my mom’s famous “Good for You PB Ball” recipe and I’m astonished they turned out so well for just winging it. A great way to eat healthy and have an extra something when you’re hungry. Like me. I’m always hungry. 🙂
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup Virgin Coconut Oil, melted
Dump all ingredients in a bowl, mix well and blob on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Freeze till just firm. Refrigerate leftover cookies.
