For not having any flour, these cookies sure turned out deliciously amazing – although I must admit I was skeptical the first time I whipped ’em up. No flour? Hmmm… But my skepticism vanished as I removed cookie after tempting cookie off the hot baking sheet. Two, or perhaps three, of these cookies with a big glass of cold milk can never go wrong. Try it.
- 2 cups All Natural Peanut Butter
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend well. Spoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork. Bake for 8 minutes. Let cookies sit for a minute before removing to a rack to cool.
